Possible fire!

I ordered my product a little over two months ago and loved it until it launched last week. I had a USB cable plugged into the back and when I tried to pull it out it got stuck there. When I was finally able to take it off, I noticed that the back where the cable goes in was deformed and melted/burned. I would advise everyone to be careful with this product. I'm lucky it didn't start a big fire.
