I was hesitant to buy anything custom made online but I've been looking for something like this jacket for a long time and I was heartened by the number of 5 star reviews raving about the jacket. Customer service. All I can say is that they were there. I placed my order over the weekend and the company contacted me immediately. We swapped several body measurements to ensure the fit is correct. Once that was decided they made the jacket within a week and it fits perfectly. It's also well made, way better than anything I've seen in catalogs etc. I will have this jacket for many years to come.
