We were excited about this product as we needed a scale as my partner and I were on a diet. Tim did a lot of research and we came up with this product and ordered it. As soon as possible because we have already started the diet. It was never quite at 0 from the start. We had to keep bringing it back to the middle. This morning I wanted to weigh myself and the scales already showed 120 kilos. I lowered it to 60 and then it stopped moving. And when I sat on it, even at 60, it was only moving 20 pounds. We were thrilled that it weighed in on us every day and we thought we were doing something right. We now know that this is completely inaccurate and rubbish. I have to send it back. I can't stand it when the scale lies, especially when I really want to know how many pounds I've lost. I'm upset because the last 2 weeks everything looked so good and now I see it wasn't even true. I don't know which scale to buy because I have a feeling they could all be wrong. It's one thing when the scale fluctuates between 0.2 and -2 pounds. But hitting 120 out of nowhere? Wow. That has never happened to me. When will they ever make well balanced scales again? Do not buy this scale if you want accurate results!
