Whoo. My cat loves this food! A year ago I adopted a cat from an animal shelter. Gera is over five years old. When I adopted her I was told that she was sensitive/allergic to certain proteins. But my vet said to experiment with new proteins to see what works for them. But her poop always smelled bad of tears and was never hard. She always ate tagged protein food with me. ZD Diet Recipe. Despite this, her skin itched and sometimes she scratched until she bled. Well, after another vet bill for a self inflicted wound, I started buying her duck kibble. And guess what? My cat has all hair, whiskers, and her poo doesn't make me sick. Then I came across this food in the store. Thought it might be worth a try. She never gets treats so I wanted to give it a try. She loves this food very much. Hera's stomach takes it perfectly. My skinny cat is even gaining weight. Finally. I give her two doses a day. Sorry, she demands her two doses a day, meow, yells at me until I give up. She never did! This is the third case I've bought from Amazon. This is a steal compared to the in store price. She honestly didn't have a single problem with it. No vomiting, no tray discomfort, no scratches. Absolutely none. It's a miracle. After a year of ups and downs with their food, I'm so glad I found this. Aside from it working and she really enjoying her meal, it also helped my wallet. She still gets dry duck food. But between her canned food and kibble, I still spend less than half of what I do. I cannot recommend this meal enough. I hope they never change the formula at all. If you're struggling with your cat owner's sensitive stomach, I would give it a try if your vet agrees.
