Best I saved $1,000 on parts
My 2016 Escape console display failed and Ford charged $1,200 for a replacement. Saw video on youtube, ordered and 20 minutes after arrival it was installed and working great. I'm not a mechanically inclined person, but the hardest part was attaching the ribbon cable back. Everything else is empty. This item fits snugly into the space and works the same as the original screen.
