I love this shirt. I'm not one to buy clothes online but I just had an emergency c-section and needed something to go with high waisted leggings and to be able to nurse my LO. I decided to buy a size L from the reviews I read. I wear a medium normally sometimes a small. It was perfect fit for me. It was long enough to cover my butt. It's big in my mid section but I wear it open with a nursing top underneath it. Postpartum weight at time I bought it was 156 lbs. I'm 5'8" and a 34 DD . I hope this helps
