Review on COWON CK20 ANC: Metal White True Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancelling, Premium Sound Quality, and Wireless Charging Support by Dan Unruh

Cowon CK20 ANC (Active Noise Canceling) wireless headphones have many positive aspects. Pairing is very easy. Simply lift the charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. I had no problem pairing these headphones with my old phone (Samsung Galaxy 9S) and even older iPod Touch. The charging case itself feels very durable and keeps the earbuds charged. The ANC20 are rated for 126 hours of playback in dual mode, 252 hours in single mode and 6 hours in noise canceling mode. I've used the ANC20 primarily in the gym in noise-cancelling mode, and I still get full performance by only intermittently plugging the charging case into my laptop for a few minutes. The charging case has inputs for both sides of the USB cable, so you could theoretically use it to charge your phone, although I haven't tried it. The earbuds will "report" what mode you're in when you change modes, e.g. B. when you switch from "ANC Off" to "ANC On". This is a much-needed feature as every function or action of these headphones is controlled with the press of a button on either the right or left monitor. While the instructions are well-written, in different languages with diagrams, it's still a little confusing to remember how many clicks increase volume, skip to the next track, or snap you out of ANC mode. I suppose as I continue to use these headphones I'll eventually remember which button does what, but the app will make using these headphones a lot easier. I would describe the sound of the ANC20 as very flat, with moderately deep bass and even treble. . The active noise cancellation works very well, and the good fit and fit on the ear hardly let outside noise through. The ANC20s are available with a variety of ear tip sizes, and while the ear tips aren't overly bulky, they fit snugly in my ears and don't fall out. All in all, these are very good, well-built, premium earbuds. The app will likely improve user experience, but with repeated use it should become easier to understand how to manage it.
