Since I bought these primarily to make my shower quicker and easier, I didn't need more than a few adjustments. I also didn't want to spend a lot if it wouldn't lessen my struggle. This product exceeded my expectations so much that I felt really energized after the combo cleanse/shower. No more trying to wash the walls and glass doors with a big plastic cup that turned out to be dirty and inadequate. Not only did it effortlessly rinse off the detergent after cleaning, I quickly rinsed all surfaces before stepping out to remove soap and shampoo that would keep it cleaner longer, combined with my daily shower. I'm a 50 year old female with carpal tunnel syndrome and had no trouble installing it myself. Since my house is only a year old, the threads on the shower bracket were in perfect condition, so I didn't even use the Teflon tape that came with it. I checked all connections on the go as suggested in the instructions and absolutely no leaks. Some reviewers have complained that the ball joint doesn't hold the right angle, so I'm guessing they didn't tighten the ring around the ball joint once it was in place. Others have indicated that they found it difficult to move the tuning lever, but I had no problems. It's light and easy to use for long periods, even overhead, and the hose is high quality and flexible (not like the ones I used years ago!). After cleaning and showering, there were no stains or stains at all. Even if it only lasts a few years, it will be a great investment in my book!
