Works but battery won't charge
When I first connected the device to my Inspiron 15 5000 series it seemed to work fine. I checked the output voltage and it was correct. Looking closely at the battery icon, I found that it was powering the device but not charging the battery. I rebooted and got a warning message saying the charger is substandard and may not be charging the battery. I deliberately discharged the battery and plugged it back in. No charging. If you just need power it works, otherwise no charging. I sent the block back.
