Review on C2G 09448 Serial RS232 Meters by Uriel Arocha

I wanted to use this cable in combination with an RS232 adapter to set up a Hewlett Packard switch, but I couldn't connect a terminal emulator. I ended up going to ebay and ordered an original black HP RS232 cable which I knew would work. I don't know if it's a pinout, but all I know is that I'm stuck with a beige serial cable that I don't need.
