I usually buy 5 iPhone cases and change them often. All my cases are holster style. This holster has 1 tiny hard plastic tab held in place by a plastic latch. That's all. Is a $1,000 phone protected by a 1/8" plastic pull-tab? And you say the holster doesn't hold securely because the phone rattles in the holster from losing the holster out of the way, a case is probably the best protection you'll find. But insanely fat. This case triples the wire gauge of your phone and increases the width by almost 3/8 inch. This is a big case that offers a lot of protection. There is no screen protector that I prefer, the iPhone X is waterproof and I prefer that there is no dust under the screen. I will update my review if my phone doesn't fall out of the case.
