They're useless because they just won't stay in your ear. do not work. The sound is good if you want to walk around while holding them in place, but otherwise the sound leaks out as soon as the foam makes even a little bit of contact with the skin. I don't understand a company that invests heavily in sound and then spends nothing on basic ergonomics. I've spent a lot of money on something that ends up being practically useless.
