I would give this bag 5 stars as it closes well, has plenty of storage space and is quite comfortable for the passenger. The only two issues I've found are the following, which aren't really a big deal: 1) The cooler is huge but doesn't hold ice very long. The manufacturers should have insulated it better. This is enough to keep a 10 lb bag of ice for 6 hours, but after that the ice will melt and the water will start to heat up. In short, don't expect it to be chilly all day. 2) The zippers held up great despite some reviews. I think they must have fixed them because mine are pretty good. Just don't expect the bag to be splashproof. There should have been a hem over the zipper so nothing got inside.
