I use it to brush my teeth (drizzled with toothpaste) and also put it in capsules for internal use (it's very alkaline and helps neutralize the fluoride they add to the local tap water). I've had a gum transplant before and recently my gums started receding so I tried it and it worked! My gums no longer fall off and are beautiful, healthy and pink again. Teeth that had started to loosen seem to have settled back into their sockets and my teeth are much less sensitive now. I wasn't looking for whitening, but that's definitely an added bonus!
