I'm 5'4 130lbs and bought Med. It fits perfectly. I've used all of this in the ready-made form, and it warms me a lot.

I love this jacket! I put my phone in the front of my pocket. Fits perfectly on my Galaxy 9. Zippers and Velcro. The fasteners are unscrewed from below. Has a bag in it. The sleeves have a half Spunfex glove inserted into the cuff with a full thumb cuff! Perfect for putting on gloves and they can't get water or snow in. Hat with zipper and waterproof. I love everything about this jacket.
