Product is misrepresented in website. It is described as a luxury PILLOW TOP, and pictured like so, but what I got is nothing like is pictured or described. The product I got is a just a completely flat mattress cover type, with absolutely no cushiony filled material and least of all anything like is pictured, or described. Completely disappointed and upset. packaging description seem to match the wording of described item in website, but inside was not the item that was described or pictured in website, which was overpriced for just being a mattress cover. i really needed the item, because of out of town visiting, and the first delivery never came in despite tracking indicating it was delivered, so i had to wait again for another shipment. at this time I have no time left for return.
- We have a plastic encasing since we have kids this makes you not even know their is a plastic casing.
