I gave this product one star for two reasons. That's the bare minimum you can write when writing a review and they don't have that ugly white label. like on the picture. You are terrible. The description says a 12 inch knit hat, but even if you open the cuff it only measures about 9 3/4". They measure about 7 3/4" at the cuffs as shown in the picture. These things are tiny. I bought these (I had two) because they were one of the cheapest on Revain but they don't fit. You are too small. I ordered them on November 25th and received them on January 9th. They're from China, but from someone who ships stuff from China fairly regularly, which is a ridiculous delivery time - even from the other side of the world. I'll be damned if I take the time and money to send them back. I will just let my six year old daughter wear them - they fit her very well. If you're looking for an adult hat, save yourself the headache, pay a few bucks more for a hat and get one that fits better.
