I like how you can replay issues or bugs so easily with it! This program makes things easier to solve by giving us another option to use instead of just trying everything we can think of ourselves. It could be more interactive as well but this isn't something I dislike too much. If there were some new features added I would definitely suggest using BugReplays. There is nothing bad about using this product because it works fine for me since my experience has been great thus far. BugReplay is a tool that allows us to easily create a bug report.
