I wanted to love this iron, I really did. I bought to replace my chi iron which died after a year. Not wanting to spend $60 on another one and hours of research, I went with this one. First, I use an iron daily to make a living from my sewing business. I love the weight and feel of this iron. And it ends there. Every time you fill the tank with water, it leaks! And not just a little, but a LOT! The shutdown time is short, which is annoying, but I could deal with it. The water leak and inability to fuse my interface summed it up for me. In order for my interface to merge, I have to repeat it many times. I will buy another one just not another Black & Decker OR Chi!
