back rubs like crazy on the heel. There is no padding around the back edge like any other shoe. These shoes would be perfect if it weren't for the blisters I get every day wearing them. I have attached a screenshot. As you can see, it's crumpled in the middle of the back and just falls off after a full day. If I had to walk all day, I would complain a lot worse. I have a desk job! Unfortunately I get a refund.
