My 4 year old is 9 bought a 9 1/2. She said she had to flex her toes. I'm sending it back for a half size. I show a photo to show the floor was clean and new but for some reason there were a lot of black spots on the floor (the white part). ****** TO UPDATE. Got a new size and they are perfect
