Review on Enhanced SEO: RecorderGear TR600 Phone Call Recorder for Analog/IP/Digital Lines, Automatic Telephone Recording Device by Paul Barnes

so far so good - works well with VoIP

I ended up buying it because my portable recorder was having problems. I deal with chronic attacks from telemarketers who have to ignore TCPA and FTC Do Not Call lists and collect evidence that will hopefully be used again in court. My old notes have been used as evidence in previous cases, so I know the laws and what the consumer can and cannot do. Your status must be One Party Consent State - meaning at least one party to the call must be aware of the recording. The states where both parties need to know the conversation is being recorded are CA, CT, FL, HI, MD, MA, MO, OR, PA and WA. As for the device: It's pretty simple. I pocketed mine without even looking in the direction. There are two sets of modular jack inputs. So if you saw a bad complaint here where a person said it didn't fit their phone, it looks like they tried the wrong phrase. One set is for headphones and the other is for setting up a home phone line. The recording is clear and is saved as a WAV file, playable on any version of Windows using the standard media player. The audio files are sorted into folders by date (a new folder is created every day), and the file name shows year/month/day/time/phone number. This happens on both incoming and outgoing calls. As soon as the SD card is removed, it will start beeping loudly, so it's better to have a spare SD card ready to insert into the device when you remove the original card for PC playback. You can buy a card reader for your computer for just a few dollars, and this is the most common type of card. I've only used it for a few days so can't confirm its reliability but so far so good. . I run a VoIP system with ObiTalk and it works with these types of phone systems. My only complaint is that I felt the price was a bit high.
