This is the second protector of this type that I have bought. I upgraded from Note 5 to Note 9 and had to change the case. I first bought a really cool case for my Note 9 but put it aside and replaced it with this one. It is very protective for your phone. I've twice dropped my Note 5 onto a tiled floor unharmed, even though it ended up in a corner. This is the same as case 5. The buttons are very responsive, unlike the 'cool' one which had to be pressed too hard to make them responsive. It has soft surfaces that cling to slippery surfaces and is also very comfortable in my arthritic hands. This is a BIG plus.
