Who and where is American Extractors located?
Bought this heater in March 2019 as a backup for my Galaxy 2700 and used it for the second time on 20th December 2019, after I plugged it in and turned on the power switch, water immediately ran around to seal and the Burn out switches in the system. After attempting to contact American Extractors it appears that this company does not wish to be contacted. Your webpage is filled with 404 errors, when you click the contact button, when you click the facebook button it redirects to the shopify website. 2 year warranty, who do I contact?
