High quality wax system and very efficient. Simply melt the wax balls by adding water to the included mug and then to the wax paper mug. Once it melts, use the applicator and coat it with wax, then inject into the nostrils. Wait 2-3 minutes, then vomit as soon as possible. It hurts a bit, it brought tears to my eyes, but it was 100% worth it. I also feel like I can breathe better. Very nice and the price too.
