Too bad. It looks like they spent more on the stylish packaging than the quality of the product. Very upset, my sister bought me this as a Christmas gift, I was so excited to use it for the first time, but the big roller kept slipping out and falling on the floor twice. It was a gift so don't know how to return it and get a replacement?
