I was hoping this radio would be just what I need to listen to the radio at baseball games. Unfortunately, there is no quality control and the audio jack doesn't work properly. When you plug the headphones all the way in, there is no sound at all. Pulling it out halfway will give you sound, but you'll have to wiggle and twist it to get sound clear enough to be heard. Otherwise, the sound will be static and unintelligible. Changing headphones gives the same result, so the problem is in the connector. This is a prime example of making something so cheap that it doesn't perform its primary function. A very simple quality control could and should have recognized this defect.
