I'm not that surprised because the price doesn't give much confidence that the whole product is in excellent condition as you can see in the photos the gold letters have small black spots they look very damaged , i I don't think I can use them for my jewelry but the silver letters look pretty good, they don't have those little scratches, the letters with the black and white background are very good, they don't have any damage. It's a good product, my only complaint is the horrible little black dots on the gold letters and that's why I'm giving 3 stars.
