0-ZERO STARS. I ordered two because the price was so high and I loved the STORE I bought clear elf eye primer a few years ago. Both arrived almost completely dry from Revain. The bottom of the stick was literally completely dry, with a small "square" glob of dry paste at the very end of the tip, which would mean the tube was empty minus 0.5cm of dried material for the stick to dry on. its peak. Even laborious "stirring" many times is useless. Also, the small dry square "ball" at the top is pink in color. In no way "transparent" as stated on the label. And not at all a light/rather gossamer yellow cast like I was hoping for in some reviews, but like an ambiguous clear Elf Eye primer I bought in the store last year (probably a year ago) and tried to replace. What a waste. This is none other than an Elf Eye Primer I bought from Walmart a year or two ago which I really liked and has lasted 1-2 years with occasional use.
