Beautiful double heads and smooth wood! This brush has two sides - one is hard and the other is soft. The soft side was slightly wrinkled when shipped. Depending on where you clean, choose the right side! There is a hanger on the brush as well as a small hook so you can hang it up! The bristles are reliable and do not fall out when showering.
