I am very good with a sewing machine and have done many projects. I bought this book because of the many good reviews and also because I fell in love with the escape bag pattern and HAD to do it. I finally packed my things, went shopping with the list in the book and started yesterday. Wow. just wow. Today I finished cutting the details. Yesterday and today I probably needed 3 hours to edit and post everything. I like to take my time to make sure I don't mix up my pieces and don't have to repeat steps or make the fabric work, because I played around with the fabric. I've already found 1 error in the template, 3 errors in the cut list and I suspect one more, although I won't be sure until I start building. I haven't done the math yet, but her shopping list is missing the outer fabric and padding. I ran out of fabric for the lining and outer paneling. There are 2 places in the cut list where it says "Outer Fabric" when it should say "Outer Fabric TRIM". I dealt with one of them before cutting it, but I didn't pay attention to the other one until I cut everything and realized I was missing some parts. Bags are ok but be careful. Read carefully and take everything with a grain of salt.
