They are much more effective than others I have tried
I like these, since I bought them my heels stay softer longer. I used to have to prick my heels every few days. But with them I have exfoliated them once and use those 20 minutes every few days and my heels stay soft and crack free. I would recommend rinsing them after use and following the directions for using baby powder or talcum powder after they dry. That keeps her in great shape. I would recommend her to a friend.
