I would say that a shirt is a typical expectation for a child's polo. The collar does not remain stiff after washing. Colors tend to fade slowly. Finally, don't expect it to shrink after drying. I would say this shirt shrunk a size after drying. In terms of quality, they roughly correspond to the Old Navy uniform shirts. I personally would probably not spend more than 8 € for it. It's a regular uniform shirt, but nothing special. If it's on sale, it's definitely worth buying.
