The balloon will not be too big. If you try to inflate it further, the balloon inside will burst and you will have a normal balloon. If you don't put enough helium in it, the balloon won't fly, probably because 2 balloons in one is heavy. The color is normal if both balloons (inside and outside) stay inflated, but don't stay afloat for too long. I inflated the balloons around 6am and by 3pm they were hovering a few inches off the ground. This is a good buy if you don't plan on using helium. It is also difficult to knot to have a good seal covering 2 balloons in one.
