Works but the microphone could be more sensitive. Does not work at low voice volume. Those of us with large necks will feel uncomfortable within the first 30 minutes of use with two round bruises by the end of the day. The wires on the back of the collar are constantly clinging to clothing. Like I said, it does what it's supposed to do, but it could be better.
