Real leather case. Firstly I love this bag, it's perfect for me. The wallet pocket fits 6 cards, but as you can see in the photo the card sticks out so much that you cannot close the pocket when you put the card in the top 2 slots. It doesn't matter it has 4 dividers in the wallet section so I can keep my cards in order of priority/frequency of use and they are easy to see as they open wide enough. There is a zippered pocket on the back for small items, lip balm and the like. The main pocket is large enough for phones and other small accessories. It features quality zippers and an adjustable strap so you can use it as a messenger or crossbody bag. Would definitely recommend for one night.
