Several previous reviews mentioned that these cases have an unpleasant cigarette smell. If it used to be a problem, now it isn't. It smells slightly like plastic, but nothing overpowering that a spray of your favorite deodorant can't handle. The large body sits a little to the sides of the newer, wider Gear VR units, but for good reason. I was able to fit EVERYTHING I could need while traveling with my Gear VR.
