Good in theory, but could be very dangerous

In order to not fall through this to the floor, you have to strap it pretty tight. And when you do that, then stop holding yourself up and let your legs relax, the pressure on your chest cuts off your circulation. I nearly passed out, and if I had that would have been very dangerous because there would have been no way for my body to fall to the floor and cause me to start breathing again (normally if you faint, you fall down and once you're horizontal, blood can get oxygen to your brain) so I would have just suffered brain damage from lack of oxygen while I hung there with my circulation cut off. Won't be using it again, for sure.

Pros

Great help in getting my back healthy. Using this back stretcher I think I averted my spine surgery.

Cons

Not comfortable. No matter how tight you squeeze. He slips upward.
