The plaid turned out super cute, big, very thick and warm. Now that we have the positives, let me move on to the problems. Right out of the box it smelled like an old nursing home so I decided to wash it. Dumb idea. The linen was fine but although I followed the instructions the duvet still shrunk and shed quite a bit all over. Also, it took forever to dry, so I ran another lap, then it got smaller and I had a full lint tray again. Not just a thin layer of fluff, like stuffing teddy bears basically every drying cycle. So yeah be careful you don't need this blanket without a lint roller as the lint literally flew all over the place when I took it out of the lint tray. If you're brave enough to buy this make sure you have a lint roller and if not add one to your cart.
