I bought these so my husband could put them on a separate timer to use as a moonlight at night. The other light had blue lights but had to be changed manually as it didn't have a timer and only had one cord so it was perfect and bright enough for its 29 gallon tank. So far so good, but only been in use for a few weeks. It attaches perfectly to the back of its other light with double-sided tape.
