I have used restore media for several years now to try out their product before purchasing it myself with my own funds! They are very helpful when you get stuck somewhere along your journey (or even if not).
Their support team will help guide through any issues/questions until they can find someone who has experience using this software themselves; which makes sense given how much time people spend working within these programs every day - so having them available 24-7 would be great!! Sometimes there's no solution other than waiting around but at least we know what path forward looks like once our issue gets resolved :) We use RM primarily because all clients need something simple yet robust enought o work well under different conditions without requiring additional plugins etc., i'm sure others could benefit from similar functionality too though perhaps more specific needs may require custom development?
