I am in the design world for a living and appreciate the thoughtful thought that went into this product. When I first purchased one of the "Clear Case" mounts for my iPhone 8, I was immediately disappointed - I felt like I had just slipped it into any ziplock case and the extension strap was either too tight or too loose - short-sighted and inconvenient for the user. When the VUP arrived and I set it up I was beyond relieved. 1) Attaching the phone to the device is reliable, simple and user-friendly: durable "rubber" connectors easily toggle on and off, leaving all buttons and volume controls visible and accessible. 2) The 180 degree swivel center allows me to rotate the phone for easier headphone jack connection or sound selection, and then rotate it back to a position parallel to the biceps. 3) A simple velcro strap that allows me to safely tuck away the excess headphone line. 4) Strap adjustment easy to change.
