Great for lake swimming or kayaking
I mainly use them for kayaking, they are light weight and work very well in the water. They are 10x better than the flip flops I have used. If you wear a size 9 1/2 get a 10, same goes for all sizes, go up a half size. You don't want your heel sticking out behind your back, so always choose a small size to be safe.
