They are exactly what they say, 40ft LED lights! You need to buy more things to hang it up as there are only a few hooks in the kit, which is not enough for a 40ft light. Make sure to clean the area where you are trying to stick them before sticking them or they won't stick! The remote is awesome, the app is amazing too (the app has more options to dim it lower than the remote allows, other fun features. It's not perfect but functional. It works on Android phones.) The feature is a little too fast, a little trippy when you're expecting it, it will be reassuring. The microphone function is hectic but interesting. Note that if you use the TV remote while it's on, the light will be ruined when you try to change the TV volume.
