Works well on a 2004 Grand Marquis

I recently converted all of my interior lighting to LEDs and since they are so much brighter I have decided to replace some of my exterior lights with LEDs as well. Even with the best Sylvania headlights, my car's headlights don't seem to be very bright, which makes turning a little difficult to see. Luckily, Grand Marquis have cornering lights if you have your turn signals on with the headlights on. It helps some but it was the perfect situation to benefit from the increased brightness of the LED bulb and since the reversing lights use the same bulb I decided to update them as well. I have looked at other LED bulbs and they seem to have better reviews and seem to be of higher quality and have better 360 degree coverage than others including the Sylvania LED 3156/7 bulbs which are actually the cheapest too seemed to be My car requires 3156 bulbs as they are single bulbs and these are 3157 bulbs which means they can replace double bulbs but they still fit and work exactly the same in a single bulb socket and are still much brighter than standard bulbs and might be even brighter if my car was hooked up to dual filament bulbs. Regardless of what I can see, I don't see a single chip that doesn't glow, so even as a single filament socket it still offers very good brightness and 360 degree headlight coverage. They are actually brighter than my headlights, so I'm now considering replacing the headlights with LEDs. As long as these bulbs last as long as incandescent bulbs, I'd say they're worth the extra money considering you're getting a lot more performance out of them compared to a dull yellow bulb.
