The ability to see what my organization's policies are for our customers' information in one place makes it easy to ensure that we're adhering to them. It also allows us to track changes over time so I can easily identify if there have been any updates made without me knowing about them (which has happened). So far nothing! We've only had limited access but their support team was very helpful when setting up an account and answering questions during training sessions - they were more than willing to work through issues at hand. If anything this would be solved by having additional resources available once accounts start being used regularly. Tracking customer info across multiple platforms/products; ensuring all parties involved comply with policy & procedures set out within each respective agreement. Being able to quickly find where discrepancies exist between agreements which may need addressing.
