Review on Sensibo Sky Smart A/C Controller: Compatible with Various Air Conditioners by Brandon Kraemer

Wi-Fi controller didn't support my air conditioner and remote but after emailing Sensibo (about 6 that I'd like to say have better support, who helped and added my controller even replied to my email at 12:00 during the day, what more could you ask for) it works great as advertised. This is the second smart controller I've tried (the first being Cielo, which couldn't get my AC remote to work and has decent support but not as good as the Sensibo), and I like the climate-friendly Sensibo better. Some of my options on the remote aren't in the app's UI, but Alex from the development team added them to make them work, so I can't complain. Definitely worth the money for the climate response feature alone. Maybe in the future if they update the UI so I can use the app's features to control it manually that would be ideal. ).Update: On good days the device sometimes still works. I think it's up to the Sensibo servers, definitely not on my end. I'm an IT specialist. I check my part of the problem like internet connection or LoS to the device before emailing customer support but they won't fix it. All I get is an automated response telling me what I already know. Overall great product from the start and service but once you have it it works after a few days and some don't and customer support has gone awry. I will look for a new one. 1 star for a few months really worked with no problems. Also their climate reaction is not working anymore, definitely their server.
