I was happy to find such a quality bag made in the style of this expensive brand but the handles were very cheap , both in appearance and in quality. I see I'm not the only one with dark oil stains(?) on rope holds. They don't screw tight and the rope is slack with just a few loose stitches. My biggest gripe with the grips is that the little hood like cap of the unsightly ends never stays in place because they're not designed to get the job done. It makes my pretty bag look too cheap to carry. Extra pens are expensive but I guess I have to take a chance.
