I bought these for my grown up daughter who is a special needs adult. The normal mask had affected her perception and her fear. She seems to take them better. I have also tried them and feel that they are more comfortable. While I know they may not be as protective as Covid masks, they at least help put some sort of barrier between you and others. It seems to me that wearing is cooler than dressing up.
