Mirror is OK, not the worst and not the best. The mirror glass is good, for eye makeup I prefer 10x to 5x but I'm blind as a bat. The base is made of cheap plastic and easily detaches from the mirror, so you can use it when traveling and easily pack it in your suitcase. I would recommend it for teenagers or for travel but I wouldn't choose it as my everyday primary mirror. ***Update*** changed my rating to one star. I used to have this mirror right in front of my daily standing mirror. As I moved him, I noticed that he was leaning against this mirror, preventing me from seeing his fatal flaw. It is completely unbalanced and will not hold upright on the stand. Once standing alone, it turned so that the mirror was facing the ceiling. Totally useless unless you lean it against something in the back or front to keep it from spinning. It's a definite "don't buy".
